Federal law redefines hemp on November 12, 2026 to a total-THC standard that includes THCA. We broker THCA flower only in states where it is lawful today, only with contracts structured to complete sell-through ahead of the deadline, and we are actively shifting supply weight to compliant CBD flower and pre-roll programs that continue after the transition.
